The next fairy are the Jacobean Fairy.  Of course, everything was evil to these narrowed minded idiots  These fairy affected the seasons, had power over the unborn children and could either bless you or curse you!  They were small, but could assume human size and could move in high speed motion! This represents the time of the Fairies having the smallest impact on the human world at anytime since they first arrived from the stars!
