 I am a Mother of a 5 1/2 yr old little girl who has Cystic Fibrosous. I love her I adore her, and its not as bad as you might think.  She has to eat 3 times as much as an average person just to keep up weight, but she has none of the lung problems so far.  She does well in school and she likes barbie, My Little Pony, Hello Kitty, among other things.  Here is her picture.
