The next Faery (now becoming Fairy) are the Medieval Fairy. The center of Faery activity at this time seemed to have moved from just Ireland into the English, Scottish, Welsh and into France countryside!  These are the beings woven in with the tales of witches, sorcery and magick! The size of the Fairy became very variable now. Coming either as the Ancient Huge Shining ones to the very little Fairy. They could be beautiful, or ugly. As the Monks were chronicling these times they recorded many of the strange and supernatural happenings of that time. From these we learn of many of the Fairy activities. They are recorded enjoying the pleasures of the Medieval royalty and knighthood. These Fairy had many affairs with mortals producing many offspring that walked within both the faery and the human realms. This produced what we now know as the modern family of Fairy, the Diminutive, Elizabethan and Jacobean Fairy, which led to the Flower, Folk Tale Fairy. Following these we will work with the elemental fairy.
